My friend posted this on Facebook and I thought it was really interesting.
An authentically Jewish martial arts fighting technique. This guy has been practicing since he was 3 and says this system has been passed down in his family for generations. His uncles served as bodyguards to the first king of Jordan (King Abdallah). He has worked with law enforcement officials in Israel and chul, and is endorsed by the Bialer Rebbe and R' Itzchak Kaduri amongst others!
I have heard of an ancient Jewish breathing/stretching yoga-esque technique that some have rediscovered and will maybe do a post on that at some point.
