Breathe & Stay Warm this Winter!

I hope you are staying relatively warm in this cooooold weather!

I wanted to share a link with you that demonstrates a great breathing technique that can be used to increase body heat and circulation and thus help stay warm during this season.  I actually tried this out recently while at a friend's chuppa the other day when it was quite freezing out, and it did help somewhat!
